Bar Rental + Reservation Information

Mixtape can be reserved for private or non-private events during regularly scheduled business or non-business hours. Rather than a flat rental fee, renters are only asked to spend a minimum amount of money at the bar. The Minimum Bar Spend amount is determined by the length of the event and the number of attendees.

Bar reservation Minimum Bar Spend rate:

0-2 Hours - $10.00 per person

2-4 Hours - $20.00 per person

*Bar is open to the public, tables/space will be reserved for rental party

Private bar rental Minimum Bar Spend rate:

0-4 Hours - $10.00 per person, per hour rented

On Friday + Saturday, after 8pm, rentals must be a minimum of 4 hrs in length

*Lounge will be closed to the public

*Minimum $500 spend per hour for private party rental.

● Rental Deposit: $100 for non-private rentals; 20% of Minimum Bar Spend for private rentals

● Rental deposit is required to hold the date and will be refunded to renter after the completion of the event. In the event of a cancelation, the deposit will be kept by Mixtape.

● If the minimum bar spend is not met, the remaining balance will be added to the renters’ bar tab.

● A 20% gratuity be added to the total tab. You are welcome to pay an additional gratuity if you think it was deserved.

● If you need to enter the facility prior to normal business hours for decorating or setting up, there will be an additional fee to staff the bar.

● All events must end at agreed-up completion time.

● Renter must clear the space of decorations, food, garbage, and any other items that were brought into the facility for the event. Rented space should be left the way it was at the beginning of the event. Garbage bags and a dumpster are available.

● Your deposit will be used as a cleaning fee if the bar is not left as found.

● Extra tables provided for use of food must be cleared at event end time. After the event, guests are welcome to stay until the bar closes.

● Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks can be brought in with approval from Mixtape management.

● Renter is responsible for any decorations, linens, silverware, and napkins.

● Renter will accommodate and get approval from Mixtape management to bring in any additional tables, chairs, or other furniture.

● We are able to create special craft cocktails for your event for an additional fee.

● No outside alcohol permitted. This is strictly enforced.

● If you would like to schedule entertainment of any kind, it must be approved by Mixtape management.

● Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted in the building.
